Consent to process and store personal information
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), Be Glow collects and processes your personal information for scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining treatment history and skin or health records, communicating about bookings, results and promotions, and complying with applicable health and safety obligations.
The information collected may include your name, contact details, date of birth, medical history, skin conditions and treatment records. Your information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Disclaimer and informed consent
You confirm that all health and medical information provided to your therapist is accurate and complete. Be Glow will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, medication, allergies or contraindications.
Individual treatment results vary. Be Glow does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Results depend on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and other factors outside our control.
Laser hair removal and laser-related treatments require multiple sessions for optimal results. You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant skin conditions, recent sun exposure and medication, including Roaccutane/isotretinoin, before treatment.
You accept responsibility for following aftercare instructions provided by your therapist. Failure to do so may affect results.
Some treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity or irritation. These are normal responses and are not grounds for a refund or claim unless due to proven negligence.
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Package sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
Be Glow may take before-and-after photographs for treatment records and/or marketing. Please inform your therapist if you do not consent to marketing use.
